Allen Vaught and other members of the Texas House of Representatives in signing a letter to President Obama requesting that operational control (OPCON) of one to two MC-12 aircraft no longer needed for Operation Iraqi Freedom be transferred to the Texas Air National Guard for use along the Texas-Mexico border.
